Convenient self-check-in

You can check in with us around the clock using your mobile phone, laptop etc. or at one of the terminals in the lobby.
All you need is your reservation number, which you will receive from us in advance by email.

Order room cleaning

For sustainability reasons, we do not clean our rooms every day.
This means we can avoid unnecessary room cleaning and save an enormous amount of water and cleaning agents.
In addition, you support our sustainability project in Malawi with every room cleaning you save.

Of course, you don't have to do without your room cleaning completely.
You know best when your room needs cleaning, so you have until 10:00 a.m. every day to order it at reception or via your digital companion.
